PRESUMPSCOT RIVER STAKEHOLDERS PLAN:
THE FUTURE OF A CHANGING RIVER

   The Presumpscot River Management Plan  provides a vision and recommendations for the river in three areas: Fisheries, Cumulative Impacts, and Open Space.
   The plan was created over a three-year period by a broad representation of stakeholders.  Citizens provided their input at a public meeting on  May 7, 2003 at the Portland Water District, Jeff Nixon Training Center and written comments were accepted until May 30, 2003.
